mattress ticking "type two" jacket

cotton canvas mattress ticking that was formerly used as insulation in a quilt from the 50s. probably used on a mattress in the 30s, retains circular rust stains from mattress springs. tons of wear and distress and repairs. an altered "type two" style jacket. with elements taken from a type one as well. two pleats on either side off the button placket. double breast pockets. side tabs in the back. buttoning cuffs. a mixed set of antique work wear buttons. fits like a mens size measurements as follows: armpit to armpit: 25 inches shoulder to cuff: 27 inches back of neck to bottom of hem: 30 inches shoulder seam to shoulder seam: 20 inches all hand made items are 1 of 1 and will not (or could not) be reproduced. all Pentimento items are made from vintage and antique materials from our collection and all ship immediately in special, 1 of a kind packaging specific to the item.
